Communication and Marketing Coordinator

Job Objective

Ensure the planning, coordination, and implementation of PINQ²'s communication and marketing projects, while providing operational and administrative support to communication, marketing activities, and general management.

 

Role within the Organization

As a B2B Communication and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development and execution of the organization's communication and marketing strategies, in collaboration with the Marketing Director, the management team, and external partners. You will also be responsible for coordinating the company's strategic events.

 

Missions and Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Marketing and Communication Director:

B2B Event Coordination

  • Identify, plan, organize, and coordinate PINQ²'s events and conferences, managing all logistical aspects to ensure their success, particularly concerning qualified lead generation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure the smooth and professional execution of events.

Communication and writing

  • Write bilingual content (French and English) for various marketing communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts, primarily targeting business decision-makers and innovative companies.

  • Produce and formalize internal and external materials (content and visuals).

  • Ensure the effective dissemination of communications and press releases via web channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Social media, CRM and website management

  • Implement B2B marketing best practices to optimize CRM usage: data entry and updates, creation and sending of email campaigns, integration with LinkedIn and Outlook, etc.

  • Develop and regularly publish content integrating media, social media, and CRM campaigns.

  • Conduct daily monitoring of social media and ensure the proper functioning and updating of the organization's website.

Project monitoring and collaboration

  • Coordinate and monitor communication and marketing projects, including the production of promotional tools and collaboration with external partners.

 

Peripheral missions

  • Collaborate closely with different departments to adjust communication and organize various events.

  • Participate in events organized by the ecosystem.

  • Develop technical skills and knowledge to better understand PINQ²'s products and offerings.

 

Prerequisites

  • University degree (bachelor's or master's) in marketing, communication, or administration.

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience in a complex technological environment.

  • Basic knowledge of quantum computing is an asset.

 

Technical and behavioral skills

  • Communication and writing : Ability to produce clear, structured and engaging content in French and English.

  • Event management : Experience in planning, organizing and coordinating professional events.

  • Mastery of Digital Tools : Proficiency in CRM management, social media platforms and website administration.

  • Digital Marketing : Knowledge of online distribution and promotion tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

  • Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and partners.

  • Project management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while respecting deadlines and budgets.

  • Adaptability : Flexibility in the face of change and evolving priorities.

  • Initiative : Proactivity in seeking solutions and continuously improving communication and marketing processes.
