Job Objective
The incumbent is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of technological projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). The role aims to ensure the effective and consistent implementation of projects, promoting agile management best practices, strategic alignment with PINQ²'s priorities, and collaboration between various internal and external teams.
Role within the Organization
As an Agile Project Manager, the individual acts as a conductor within PINQ²'s technological ecosystem. They coordinate innovative digital projects related to high-performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence (AI), and quantum technologies. In close collaboration with Product Owners, technical teams, strategic management, and partners, they also play a key role in the organization's agile maturity, supporting the adoption of these methods in a constantly evolving context.
Missions and Responsibilities
Agile project planning and management
Manage projects using agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid): sprint management, backlog, retrospectives, deliverables.
Define priorities in collaboration with Product Owners and client teams.
Establish the roadmap, monitor key indicators (burndown, velocity, progress), identify risks and propose action plans.
Lead agile meetings: daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
Manage the product backlog with the Business Owners, ensuring that the items are well defined and ready to be developed.
Support the team in resolving obstacles, in an environment of healthy collaboration.
Train and support team members in agility and continuous improvement.
Track performance using KPIs and adjust plans accordingly.
Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with technological choices and internal policies.
Coordination of project teams
Lead multidisciplinary teams, promote collective intelligence and commitment.
Facilitate collaboration between developers, scientific advisors, partners and internal management.
Create an environment conducive to collective performance and proactive resolution of obstacles.
Quality, documentation and delivery
Ensure the quality of deliverables and their compliance with requirements.
Structure project documentation to facilitate capitalization and transfer of knowledge.
Deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets and value objectives.
Support for agile change
Raise awareness among internal teams about agile culture.
Contribute to evolving internal practices towards greater agility and collaboration.
Implement continuous improvement processes based on learning.

Desired profile
Training and experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, engineering, computer science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technology project management, including 2 in an agile context.
Recognized agile certification (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.).
Experience in innovation, R&D or collaborative projects with scientific or technological players (asset).
